Annual Management and Services

Inclusive services :

  • KEY HOLDING
    Allowing easy access to your property for the services included in the maintenance and management agreement.

  • LOCAL CONTACT
    The practicality of having a reliable, english-speaking contact, fluent in French, within close proximity of your property, and reachable 24hrs a day, for any matters arising concerning your property.

  • REGULAR VISITS
    Visits carried out every two weeks throughout the year ensures that your property in maintained and attended to on a regular basis. This means that your property could also be inspected several times within this two week period. A report following each visit will be sent to you by e-mail.

  • OPERATIONAL INSPECTION
    During each visit, the exterior, interior and surrounding grounds of your property will be inspected for any damage. The operational checking of the plumbing and electrical system will be carried out. All lavatories will be flushed, taps will be run, lights will be turned on and off, heating appliances will be verified. Your property will also be aired and spring-cleaned when required.

  • CHIMNEYS
    All chimneys will be swept once a year in accordance with French law. The certificate must be kept safely as the Insurance Company may require you to produce this in the event of a claim. If you are not able to do so, you will not be covered for damages caused by fire either to your property or your neighbours.

  • ADMINISTRATION
    Post is forwarded to you on a regular basis.

  • HEATING
    Your central heating will be turned on at the beginning and off at the end of the winter season, according to your instructions. Electric thermostat heaters may also be turned on to a^?oelowa^?? prior to your arrival, upon request.

  • DELIVERIES
    Deliveries will be overseen, supervised access to the property will be made available.

  • DOMESTIC ELEMENTS
    Supervision of servicing of domestic elements and appliances on site. I.e. gas boiler, water heater etc.

  • OPERATIONAL FUELS
    Levels of heating fuel, firewood and gas bottles will be checked throughout the year and regular supplies of these will be maintained.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES

  • Garden Maintenance and landscaping
  • Odd jobs
  • Overseeing small-scale building and renovation, interior decorating
  • Swimming pool maintenance
  • Vehicle management (engine running, road tax renewal, servicing, valeting)
  • Weekday Airport transfers
  • First-night food box/fridge stocking
  • Linen provision and bed making
  • House-laundering on departure (e.g. closing of shutters, dustbins out, cleaning, bed stripping, laundry etc.)
